We educate the generation of the future. We are always looking for and finding new teaching content to meet this challenge.
Our school has been running projects in Europe since 1992. The focus is on student exchanges as part of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme. Here, we run Erasmus+ school partnerships and Erasmus+ mobility projects.
The Vocational Training Centre on the Kiel Canal has a comprehensive range of educational opportunities which are offered at four different locations in the district – at the main site in Rendsburg (Herrenstrasse), the regional vocational schools campus at Kieler Strasse 35 and the satellites in Osterrönfeld and Hanerau-Hademarschen. Our school has 3,100 students, taught by 170 teachers. We incorporate different types of institution, where the teaching is on a part-time, block or full-time basis.
The Vocational Training Centre on the Kiel Canal or “Berufsbildungszentrum am Nord-Ostsee-Kanal” offers all general education qualifications as well as vocational qualifications for more than 40 professions.
